However, your data will not be delivered to third party, but managed internally.

After the event in which you took part in as an exhibitor at Indie Arena Booth is over, we will possibly send a second invoice containing articles or services that you ordered via our online-ordering-system; or that you bought or used during the event. After paying the last invoice and as soon as all above mentioned processes, that we necessarily need your data for, are completed, your data will immediately be deleted.

Beyond the duration of the above mentioned processes we store certain personal data (solely name and email address) in order to inform you via our newsletter about further IAB events you can participate in.

The reception registration form and guest-management workspace are provided by monday.com Ltd. using monday WorkForms. monday.com processes the registration data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

When you open the external registration form, monday.com also receives technical information such as your IP address and details about your browser and device, and may use cookies or comparable technologies on the form page. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in Israel and the United States. Israel is recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. Where required, transfers to other countries are protected through an applicable adequacy mechanism, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or Standard Contractual Clauses.

We retain reception registration and guest-management data only for as long as it is needed for guest selection, invitation, event operation, and necessary follow-up, unless statutory retention obligations require longer storage. Data processed solely on the basis of consent is retained until you withdraw that consent or the relevant purpose no longer applies.

After your registration as a volunteer we decide if we can appoint you. If there is no possibility for you being a volunteer at the IAB or one of our exhibitor's booths your personal data will be deleted.

If we can slot you as a volunteer, you can delete your personal data after the respective event.

These are required for the website to work and to remember the privacy choices you make. They store your consent decision in your browser. No data is transmitted to third parties. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a functioning website (DSGVO art. 6 sect. 1 lit. f) and § 25 sect. 2 no. 2 TDDDG; no consent is required and these cannot be switched off.

Some pages embed videos hosted by YouTube, a service of Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, and by Vimeo. Until you consent, no video is loaded: we show a preview image that we fetch from our own server, so no request reaches the provider.

Once you consent, the embedded player is loaded directly from the provider. This transmits at least your IP address, information about your browser and device, and the address of the page you are viewing. The provider may set cookies and combine this data with an existing account, and may use it to build a profile. We have no influence on and no access to this processing. Data may be transferred to servers in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Our newsletter signup form and the web versions of past issues are hosted by Brevo, a service of Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany. Until you consent, the form is not loaded and we show a placeholder instead.

Once you consent, the form is loaded directly from Brevo, which transmits your IP address and information about your browser. If you then subscribe, the data you enter (email address, and any further details you provide) is processed by Brevo on our behalf under a data processing agreement, and is used solely to send you our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every newsletter, which also revokes your consent for the future.

Publisher and game profiles may offer contact details that are hidden from the public page and its data feed. Before an email address is revealed, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., to protect the address from automated collection and misuse.

When the protected area is displayed, Turnstile processes technical signals about your browser and connection to distinguish legitimate visitors from bots. A short-lived verification token is sent to our server and validated before the requested email address is returned.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing useful industry contact information while preventing automated harvesting and misuse (DSGVO art. 6 sect. 1 lit. f).

We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies on this website, and we do not create cross-site profiles of visitors. Our fonts are served from our own server and are not requested from Google.

You have the right to obtain free information about your data at anytime. If desired we can provide a copy of the data stored about you.

You can claim to have your personal data rectified or completed at anytime.

You have the right to immediate deletion of your data, in case of following occasions:

• It is no longer necessary to store your data for their originally purpose.
• You revoke your permission to store your data and there is no legal basis otherwise.
• You lodge an objection against the processing (by DSGVO art. 21) and there are no prior eligible reasons for processing the data; or you lodge an objection against processing by DSGVO art. 21, sect. 2.
• Your personal data have been processed unlawfully.
• Deletion of your data is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation after EU right or the right of the member state that we subject to.

You have the right to demand a limitation of the processing of your personal data, in case of following occasions:

• You dispute the validity of your personal data, during the time we need to check their validity.
• The processing of your personal data is unlawful, but you decline a deletion of them and ask for a limitation of their processing instead.
• We no longer need your personal data for processing but you need them for enforcement, exertion or defence of a legal claim.
• You have lodged an objection against your personal data's processing by DSGVO art. 21 sect. 1, but it is not certain by now whether our company's eligible reasons outweigh yours.

If you want us to provide your data you have the right to obtain them in a structured, common and machine-readable format. Besides, you have the right to convey them to another party without us impeding.
