Capacity is limited. We review every signup based on its relevance to the exhibiting teams and aim for a diverse group from across the games industry.

Submitting the form does not guarantee admission. Plus-ones are not permitted, and every guest needs a valid gamescom ticket for Wednesday.Max. two people per company.

Press, publishers, investors, and other games-industry professionals who want to meet the exhibiting teams can sign up. Space is limited, and we review every submission.
No. We review every signup and email selected guests a personal invitation. The confirmation email is required for entry.
We aim to get back to you roughly one week after you sign up. If selected, you will receive your personal invitation and further details by email.
Yes. You need a valid gamescom ticket for Wednesday, 26 August 2026, as the reception takes place inside gamescom.

No. We do not allow plus-ones. Every attendee must sign up individually and receive their own invitation.
